Our model includes curriculum that focuses on personal development, vital job skills and job placement. We teach English – Computer Skills – Graphic Design – Creating Enterprise and Sales/Customer Service in 15 week modules. Students pay for their education by fulfilling a 40 hour obligation of approved service to the community. Our mentoring is a one-on-one process of visiting families in their homes or places of business and helping them learn the skills needed to escape poverty. We work with these families in job acquisition, bettering education or creating enterprise. Throughout our mentoring efforts we track and measure the progress of each individual participant or family. We measure their increases in earnings, savings and debt reduction. The students and families we work with find a new life through our holistic approach. Education coupled with mentoring is a complete formula that brings lasting results.
